Hi, I’m Akia, founder of Jamrock Cleaning. Growing up in Jamaica, I experienced firsthand a culture where hospitality wasn’t just a service — it was a way of life. From an early age, I dreamed of building a brand known for exceptional service, genuine care, and a strong work ethic. That dream led me to earn a BSc in Hospitality Management, where I deepened my understanding of what truly exceptional hospitality looks like: creating meaningful experiences.

Those values became the foundation of Jamrock Cleaning. I didn’t set out to build just another cleaning company — I set out to create The Jamrock Experience, where the warmth of Jamaican hospitality meets exceptional cleaning. Every interaction is guided by professionalism, every detail is handled with intention, and every client is treated with the care and the respect they deserve
