Before Jamrock Arrives
For safety, active construction must be completed before the cleaning appointment.
Heavy construction debris, sharp materials and hazardous waste must be removed by the contractor or appropriate professional before our cleaners enter the property.
Jamrock does not remove hazardous materials.
It’s especially helpful for busy professionals, working parents, seniors, people with limited mobility, pet owners, frequent travelers and anyone who simply values coming home to a professionally maintained space.
Whenever scheduling allows, we aim to provide a familiar team that becomes acquainted with your home and cleaning preferences.
We classify home in 3 categories for post construction. Low, medium or heavy buildup. The final rate is based on the level of the build up. Please make an appropriate guess or send pictures. When we arrive the final judgement would be made
